1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern access to and use of the Kalyntis Travel website, accessible at kalyntis.org (hereinafter "the Site"), as well as the integration support services offered by the Company.

Use of the Site constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these terms. These terms may be amended at any time; the version in force is the one published on the Site at the time of your visit.

2. Description of Services

Kalyntis Travel offers settlement support services for people wishing to establish themselves or integrate in Canada, including:

• Personalised airport welcome
• Assistance with administrative procedures (SIN, bank account, health card)
• Housing search and accompanied viewings
• Professional integration (résumé, interviews, networking)

Kalyntis Travel is a settlement and integration support service, not a regulated immigration law firm. Our services do not constitute legal immigration advice.

3. Site Access

Access to the Site is free of charge. Kalyntis Travel endeavours to ensure the Site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions for maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control may occur.

You are responsible for having the equipment and connectivity required to access the Site. Kalyntis Travel shall not be liable for any connection costs incurred by the user.

4. Acceptable Use

By using the Site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information in your requests
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Not attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the Site's computer systems
• Not use the Site for unsolicited commercial solicitation (spam)
• Not impersonate any third party or provide false information

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, videos, sounds and software — is the exclusive property of Kalyntis Travel or its licensors, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or transmission, in whole or in part, of this content, by any means, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Kalyntis Travel.

Personal, non-commercial use of the Site is permitted, provided all intellectual property notices are retained.

6. Limitation of Liability

Information published on the Site is provided for informational purposes only. Kalyntis Travel endeavours to ensure its accuracy, but shall not be liable for:

• Errors or omissions in Site content
• Use made of information available on the Site
• Direct or indirect damages resulting from a service interruption
• Changes in Canadian immigration regulations affecting your procedures

Kalyntis Travel's liability in respect of its services is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the service in question, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of the Company.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. These links are provided for informational purposes only. Kalyntis Travel has no control over such sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy policies or practices.

The inclusion of a link does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the linked site.

8. Termination and Suspension

Kalyntis Travel reserves the right to suspend or terminate, without notice, the Site access or services of any user who violates these terms.

In the event of termination of a service contract, the refund conditions are those stipulated in the signed agreement between the parties. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in force.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site or Kalyntis Travel's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ottawa, Ontario.

In the event of a conflict between the French and English versions of these terms, the English version shall prevail for users residing outside Québec; the French version shall prevail for users residing in Québec.
