• Free-form messages submitted through our forms

When you browse our website, we automatically collect:

• IP address and connection data
• Browser type and operating system
• Pages visited, session duration and links clicked
• Cookie data (see section 6)

2. Use of Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• Processing your request — to follow up, provide a quote and organise our services
• Contract performance — to coordinate welcome, housing and administrative services

We do not carry out any automated processing of your data for commercial profiling purposes.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

• Service request data — 3 years from the end of the business relationship
• Billing data — 7 years in accordance with Canadian tax requirements
• Browsing data — maximum 13 months

Upon expiry of these periods, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.
