Services & Process

Kalyntis Travel provides four core services:
  • Airport welcome — personalized reception, transport to accommodation, welcome kit.
  • Administration — SIN application, bank account opening, health card, work/study permit.
  • Housing search — accompanied viewings, landlord verification, lease negotiation.
  • Professional integration — Canadian résumé writing, interview coaching, sector networking.
You can choose a single service or combine them to fit your needs.
Our process unfolds in three simple steps:
  • 1. Online request — complete our service request form, describing your situation and needs.
  • 2. Consultation — a dedicated consultant contacts you within 24 hours for a free 30-minute call.
  • 3. Action plan — together we build a personalised plan and kick off the procedures.
Absolutely. Our services are designed for both future arrivals and people already in Canada. Whether you are a new arrival, temporary resident or permanent resident, we tailor our services to your current situation.
We primarily serve Ontario, Québec, British Columbia, Alberta and Manitoba. For other provinces, contact us — we will assess your request on a case-by-case basis and can refer you to trusted local partners.
Yes. Our entire team is bilingual (English/French). We can also assist in other languages depending on advisor availability. Please indicate your preferred language in your service request.

Pricing & Payment

Yes, the first 30-minute consultation is completely free and carries no obligation. It allows us to assess your situation, answer your questions and present the options best suited to your profile.
Our fees are based on three factors: the service(s) selected, the complexity of your situation (individual, family, immigration status) and the destination province. A detailed, all-inclusive quote is provided at the end of your free consultation — no hidden fees.
We accept:
  • Bank transfer (Interac e-Transfer within Canada)
  • Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal for international clients
A 30% deposit is required upon signing the service agreement; the balance is due upon completion of services.
Yes. For full-service packages, we offer the option to pay in 2 or 3 instalments at no extra cost. This option is detailed during your consultation and formalised in the service contract.
No. Our quote is all-inclusive for Kalyntis Travel services. However, certain government fees (e.g. permit application fees, certified translation costs) are paid directly to the relevant authorities and do not pass through us. We always inform you of these in advance.

Timing & Availability

A member of our team will contact you within 24 business hours of receiving your form. If your request is urgent (imminent arrival), mention it in the message field and we will do our best to respond the same day.
Duration varies by service:
  • Airport welcome — one-time service (1 day)
  • Administration — 2 to 6 weeks depending on processing times
  • Housing search — 1 to 4 weeks depending on the local market
  • Professional integration — 4 to 12 weeks depending on your field
A full package typically spans 1 to 3 months.
That is actually strongly recommended. The more you plan ahead, the better we can prepare your arrival. Ideally, contact us 4 to 8 weeks before your departure so that your housing, airport pickup and first administrative steps are all organised by the time you land.
Our customer service operates Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (ET). For emergencies (weekend arrivals, unexpected airport situations), an emergency line is available 7 days a week for clients with an active service package.
Don't worry. Our team monitors flight schedules for clients who have booked the airport welcome service. In the event of a delay or cancellation, we automatically adjust our arrangements. Simply let us know as soon as possible via our emergency number.

Immigration & Documents

Kalyntis Travel is a settlement and integration support service, not a regulated immigration law firm (RCIC). We do not provide immigration legal advice or represent clients before IRCC. For visa and permanent residency applications, we work with Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) to whom we can refer you.
We assist with the preparation and compilation of required documents and facilitate the connection with a partner RCIC consultant when needed. We do not submit applications directly to IRCC, but we ensure your file is complete and compliant before submission.
Essential documents to have on you or as digital copies:
  • Valid passport + Canadian visa/permit
  • Admission letter (university) or employment contract
  • Proof of sufficient funds (bank statements)
  • Police certificate (some profiles)
  • Diplomas and transcripts with certified translation (if applicable)
  • Contact details for your employer or host institution
Our team provides a personalised checklist based on your profile during the consultation.
A SIN is essential for working in Canada. You can apply upon arrival at a Service Canada Centre. You will need your passport and work or residency permit. Our Administration service handles this for you — we accompany you to the centre or submit the application online if your profile qualifies.
Credential recognition varies by province and professional field (healthcare, engineering, law, education, etc.). Some regulated professions require additional qualifying examinations. Our professional integration service guides you toward the relevant recognition bodies (e.g. IQAS in Alberta, WES for academic assessment) and helps you build your application file.
